[FUEL] Computer Translation Style & Convention Guide for Telugu

Hi, Translation style & convention guide for telugu has been prepared under FUEL project. Contents described in this guide are prepared by considering existing style guides for indian languages. Editions and modifications are done accordingly to language requirements. I have submitted the style guide in .odt format at fuel project. If you think we require to add some more contents or need to do modifications to the existing one please feel free to update the same. Your suggestions and advises would be more helpful.
