I've enabled some extra debugging (kdebugdialog):
When I try to edit and save some settings in Systemsettings -> Power
Management -> Power Profiles I get:
"systemsettings(9106) EditPage::save: Invalid reply from daemon when asking
for current profile! "
When opening Systemsettings -> Power Management:
"systemsettings(9106)/kutils (KCModuleProxy)
KCModuleProxyPrivate::loadModule: Module not already loaded, loading
module "Global settings" from library "kcm_powerdevilglobalconfig"
using symbol "kcm_powerdevilglobalconfig""

There were some fixes in PowerDevil after beta2, please try again with the
next beta :)
