I have just question and not answers. :-)
Could it be that it is starting with the desktop session and not in
autostart?
Is there a file for it in ~/.config/session/?
There is such a file, but removing it makes no difference, even after
saving the session again.
In fact it's weirder than that. Even after removing the file, it
managed to re-create itself (as seen from another console). I had to do
this several times to make it go away, however ktorrent is still
starting up when I log in (and the file is no longer there).
