Anne: FYI - I discovered an add-on for TBird today that lets you do the
above. It's called "Folder Account 5.0" and I've been testing it today.
It seems to work as advertised. After installation, you simply right
click on a folder and go into properties - there you will see a new
option "From account" with a drop down that lets you select which mail
account to associate with the folder... Just used it to create this
message as a matter of fact
I got it installed yesterday - and am still configuring it, as I have
very many folders. Another extension that you may be interested in is
keyconfig - though you'll have to google for that, as for me at least it
wasn't offered directly from TBird. Keyconfig allows you to add
key-bindings, so now I can have ctrl-up-arrow to see all headers and
ctrl-down-arrow to return to normal headers. I'll be using this for any
other things I had in KMail that I can't find in TBird.
