That one's handled by the MinGW SIG. KDE SIG interest in it is fairly low
given that it doesn't even contain all the modules required to build kdewin
yet, plus of course kdewin won't be our primary focus (though I'm
personally interested in it so I can build my apps for the inferior
operating system :-) ).

Got it today as an update to F11 Beta. It looks very good. I've just one
little issue. When Kickoff is open, I can't close it by clicking outside of it.
Does anyone else have this? I've removed kickoffrc with no effect.

There was a brief period where a newer gpsd build was in
updates-testing... and it has since been pulled. You'll need to revert
to the older version of gpsd

2 things come to mind immediately:
libX11-1.1.15-1.fc10 caused similiar symptoms (like the kded issue here)
PackageKit-0.3.15-1.fc10 + qt-4.4.x = major fail
but both libX11-1.1.15-2.fc10 and PackageKit-0.3.15-2.fc10 are available
as updates now (the latter is currently only in updates-testing).

I think this message is actually coming from kded4. KDE 3 uses DCOP to talk
to kded, not D-Bus.

I've seen randomly kded taking 100% cpu. This has been going on for a _very_
long time - at least 1-2 years. It happens quite infrequently. Never figured
out what triggers it.

repository whereby the general public gets access to things BEFORE they
are released for real ?
