kded is part of kdelibs3, and the kde3 runtime, and != kded4 as part of
Orcan's report.

I've seen randomly kded taking 100% cpu. This has been going on for a _very_
long time - at least 1-2 years. It happens quite infrequently. Never figured
out what triggers it.
