I can't launch Spectacle with Print shortcut anymore. I can see Spectacle shortcut in
Custom and Global shortcut settings. I can't set spectacle shortcut in the global
shortcut settings. If I do set the shortcut in global shortcut settings then they go back
to being unset as soon as I navigate away from the screen.

I find that the "Print" shortcut has to be active in System Setting ->
Global Shortcuts and in Spectacle itself. Start Spectacle from
Application Launcher/krunner/etc.. and then click the Configure button,
Shortcuts. Then set "Launch Spectacle" to the Default of "Print".

Thanks this was it. I have also disabled the same set of shortcuts in Custom
Shortcuts where in both Global and Custom category after setting them in the Spectacle
itself. After I set them in the Spectacle they also started reflecting in the System
Settings. This feels like a buggy behaviour.
