Unfortunately, we did not discuss at the last meeting how we would deal with the different
times of the changeover this year. And I missed putting this on the mailing list in good
time.

We will now switch to UTC-1, so that the local time for our US members will not change and
we Europeans will have to "go" one hour earlier this Wednesday.

So, what exact time (UTC) does that make the meeting?
I'm not often around, so dont consider me a blocker, I just want to make
sure I know if I can make it. ;)
At least for now it is 17:00 UTC during summer time. So it is the same local time as
during winter time (where it was 18:00 UTC).
We still have to decide whether we can move the time so as not to overlap with Epel.
Whether this is feasible is still unclear.
