We started getting questions about these things already. I do agree it's
a bit premature before the PRDs are even out, but it isn't too soon for
the working groups to think about these questions. If the working groups
aren't already thinking about, for example, what problems their
product(s) is/are meant to solve, they are not going to be able to write
a PRD.
As I already pointed out, we are just sending out this short list of
simple questions for now. This will help make sure the groups are
thinking about these things while working on the PRDs. we won't start
diving into the work until after the PRDs are out.
We're looking at restructuring the Fedora brand framework to account for
3 (potentially more I guess as you said) additional products and we will
certainly have to modify if not redesign our website - these are not
light projects and if we're going to have branding and a website to be
ready at launch time we are going to have to start well before the
products launch (if late next year, we'll need to start early next year,
as proposed!)
