I boot from boot.iso, get dhcp address, specify NFS host & directory, partition the disk, etc. and when it comes time to mount the iso to a loopback device it can't.

There is a problem with installing from a hard disk, too - high on the rudeness scale since it formats your /boot and root file systems just before it fails. You can work around the NFS installation problem by hexedit'ing your -DVD.iso file - see comments 10 and 15 in bugzilla.
This is a Fedora 9 blocker bug, so it should be fixed by the time Fedora 9 becomes generally available.

This is a show stopper especially when NFS install is mostly all I do and to top it all off root can't even edit the file and rewrite it. But that HAS to -- fedora-test-list mailing list fedora-test-list@redhat.com To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-test-list
This should be fixed in recent anaconda builds. You van use rawhide boot.ISO to install from nfs ISO of preview.
