I would prefer #fedora-qa, as it's an established channel and it's not
all that busy anyhow. Adding another channel for people to be in seems
like it will spread our pool of attention.

Sounds reasonable - when I get a chance I will appear and try to
contribute when I have run any tests too.
Hopefully the creation of both the proventester group and this access
to live discussion will enhance the testing and QA aspects of released
packages.
