Yes - because the Fedora ARM packages are the same as the Fedora
packages.
However, the remix-specific packages that aren't in Fedora (mostly the
one that start with raspberrypi-* plus some libraries that are specific
to the SOC) aren't available that way - use 'yumdownloader --source
pkgname' on the Pi instead, or grab them directly from
http://scotland.proximity.on.ca/~agreene/raspberrypi/raspberrypi-fedora-r...
