of each of the discussion phases are recorded/archived in the form of
annotations against each word pair in the final list. For example, if
the original list (say, for desktop applications) had a specific
word-pair and, post the discussions some of the pairs were modified
with more appropriate ones, is there a process to record who suggested
the changes, what the thought behind the changes were etc. As an
illustrative example - how do you record and archive
discussions/suggestions like
