Sending out meeting minders is important. Without, attendance will
drop-off, IME.
OK, since this isn't quite a small knit community and something larger
than FESCO, yes, weekly reminders are a good idea
Couple with an agenda is a good thing. This lets us know what to be
prepared to discuss, spurs additional agenda items -before- the meeting,
and helps keep us focused.
