Could be gdm or gnome-shell, not sure. If you can file a bug and attach
'journalctl --since=-30m > journal.log' that'd be useful. If you can
tighten up the time estimate that keeps it a bit cleaner; so if you know
the failed login attempt on Wayland was about 5 minutes ago, you can do
--since=-6m or whatever, a little more is better than cutting it off. That
is a minus before the number.

I am trying to login via GUI with Wayland and after that use 'journalctl
--since=-30m > journal.log via ssh. And attach file.
