g-c-c has a newly found problem with the window re-sizing the panels

Settings
and when the Settings window first appears, set it to full screen
mode.
The Settings window and panels work normally in the full screen
state.
Same issue here. In addition, gnome-control-center crashes when I try
to add another language (Region & Language -> Language -> 3 vertical
dots).
I can't find any related bug on bugzilla.
