Sorry I forgot that option - no, not in BIOS. If I set up a local
repository will I have more luck?
Currently I get "nothing to update" message.

In general, you can setup a BOOTPXE install by installing DHCP, TFTP and
NFS on a remote machine.
Your machine will boot from the network, and install the package (normal
upgrade) using NFS.
Works best for me.
