I actually forgot about luc.
Still, in terms of release criticality, the important thing is whether
there are issues in the _image_ which prevent the feature working. The
tools are in the same kind of status as preupgrade - they don't really
affect the freeze/ship cycle at all.
So I'm kinda in two minds about whether to pull it in...
How about, as a patch, 'appropriate Fedora tools' rather than
'appropriate Fedora tool'?
