Well the FESCO ticket tracking it is here:

According to that, even if it is not ready by GA, it'll be enabled shortly
(week or so) after GA ... so it'll definitely still be a F24 change rather
than F25 but just a little bit later than release day itself perhaps.
But then many users are a little conservative in when they update anyway
due to 0-day bugs in the past (hello loss of selinux customization, that
was a pain).
Also there is a COPR that users can install to try it out now.
