The Spanish Team finished the translation of install-guide.
I need a few things:
1. Would you add the following people to the colophon?, they helped in
the translation of this release:
Daniel Cabrera <h.daniel.cabrera(a)gmail.com> (translator, Spanish)
Claudio Rodrigo Pereyra Diaz <elsupergomez(a)gmail.com> (translator, Spanish)
2. A possibility to see a preview of F11 install-guide in order to
make corrections.
3. Would you publish the F10 install-guide which was completed before
[1], but not published yet. It's not listed in [2]

thanks
kind regards

[Fedora-trans-es] yum groupinstall in install-guide
by Domingo Becker
In the command:
yum groupinstall "group name"
does yum take the group name translated or the English group name
should be used ?
'man yum' doesn't say nothing about it.
That string is used in install-guide.
best regards

[Fedora-trans-es] Fwd: Fedora 11 Installation Guide ready for translation
by Domingo Becker
La guía de instalación cambió mucho desde F10.
Normalmente lo sabíamos tener listo para el lanzamiento.
Pero ahora son muchas cadenas y hace falta ayuda.
Los amigos de Fedora Venezuela sabían colaborar mucho desde hace 2
años ya. ¿Andan por ahí?
Los interesados, seguir el procedimiento normal, si se ponen a
traducir, bloqueen el módulo, pero tratar que no sea por más de 12 hs.
Gracias.
A continuación, el mensaje original.

Subject: Fedora 11 Installation Guide ready for translation
To: Fedora Translation Project List <fedora-trans-list(a)redhat.com>
Hi all;
Just letting you all know that the Fedora 11 Installation Guide is now
ready and available for translation:
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/tx/projects/docs-install-guide/f11-tx/
We're not expecting any large changes to the guide between now and
release, but the PO files will be refreshed on 28 April to reflect any
errors that we find up to that time.
The final deadline for translations is 14 May, with a week after that
allowed for corrections:
http://poelstra.fedorapeople.org/schedules/f-11/f-11-docs-and-trans-tasks...
This document is substantially longer than previous versions of the
Fedora Installation Guide, thanks to content imported from the Red Hat
Enterprise Linux Installation Guide. This has allowed us to detail the
installation process and its options in far greater detail than has
been possible in the past. For languages supported by Red Hat, we've
been able to import translations of most of this new material as well.
The Installation Guide is now at least partially translated into 35
languages! Test builds showing the current state of translations will
be available within the next few hours from:
http://rlandmann.fedorapeople.org/Installation%20Guide/
Many thanks to all our translators for your hard work so far, and
thanks in advance for your work on this new version of the guide :)
Cheers
Ruediger, on behalf of the Installation Guide project

Re: [Fedora-trans-es] libvirt + nuevas traducciones
by daniel cabrera
Listo gente. Gracias a la ayuda de Domingo, Jorge y Oscar, ya está al 100 %
el módulo libvirt.
Mi duda ahora es ¿cuál es la prioridad? Sé que la fecha límite de los
módulos de "various" es el 7 de abril, pero no estoy seguro de si la de los
módulos de "f11" es la misma. Como tengo tiempo de traducir unas cuantas
cadenas más, pregunto por donde empiezo: ¿por los módulos sin traducción de
"various"? ¿Por los system-config de "f11"?
Saludos

[Fedora-trans-es] libvirt
by daniel cabrera
Hola gente, buen día.
Ya tengo listo el módulo libvirt. Y como siempre, les pido
que por favor confirmen las siguientes traducciones:
i) pivot: *encauzar* (libvirt, línea 1499)
failed to pivot root
*fallo al intentar encauzar raíz*
ii) undefine e indifine: No estoy seguro de comprender exactamente los
matices de significado en computación, pero para undefine estoy usando "*quitar
definició*n" o "*desdefinir*"; y para indefine "*dejar sin definición*" o "*
indefinir*". ¿Hay algo consensuado al respecto?
iii) mapping: *mapeamento* (libvirt, l. 2794)
Unsupported disk name mapping for bus '%s'
*Mapeamento de nombre de disco no soportado para el bus '%s'*
iv) unmarshalling: *desorganizando* (libvirt, l. 3410, 3414, 3428)
unmarshalling net
*desorganizando red*
v) child process: *procesos menores* (libvirt, l. 4499)
cannot fork child process: %s
*no es posible crear un fork para procesos menores: %s*
Saludos,
HDC
