You MAY need to recompile the kernel. Only those who experience the lockups when using the default kernel need to consider that. A lot of us don't need to, and if we do the kernel rpm with 16K stack is available from linuxant.com http://www.linuxant.com/driverloader/wlan/full/downloads-fc3-kernel- i686.php http://www.linuxant.com/driverloader/wlan/full/downloads-fc4-kernel- i686.php

True
- You need to configure ndiswrapper.
Only so far as installing the windows drivers, which you need to do on any system the adapter is put into ( Windows, Linux, etc.).

but i used this: https://www.linuxant.com/driverloader/wlan/downloads- installer.php in my laptop and it works like a charm. its $20 but WELL worthwhile. the ndiswrapper would load but i could never get it connected to my network by manually configuring. my time is worth a little more than $20. j Hello All, I am trying to set up a wireless network in my house and one of the computers is running Fadora. I know absolutly nothing about the operating system and any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to know where exactly I enter the key so that the adapter can connect to the network.
