Did you use 'su' or 'su -' to login? Do the latter to have all of the
*/sbin stuff in your $PATH.
Have you run yum update yet? As I recall, there was an issue with DHCPD with a
fresh install. You had to turn off Selinux to get it to work. Subsequent
updates fixed that - search the archives of this list around the time FC5 was
released to get precise details.
