But the release notes are not present, nor do I see any way to get the
CHECKSUM files they keep talking about.
Nor is the Complete Installation Guide present.
All attempts to follow those links resolve, if you call it that, to the
HTTP 404 (File Not Found) page.
Temlakos
and the Fedora wiki page for dnf system upgrade still has 27 as the most
recent stable release.
I've upgraded using that method for the last several releases and not had
any issues.
