I have a problem: my system doesn't boot !!! That's notr good
but you gotta keep
a sense of humour.
Last friday I updated simumtaneouslly the kernel (from 2.6.9-1.667 to
2.6.12-1.1381), glibc and perl packages.
At reboot it seems to be unable to start apache (complaints about loading the
perl module) then it starts some 2 or 3 services and then the boot process
freezes (2 complete days... and no boot).

Don't start Apache2 / httpd at boot time - during boot switch to
interactive mode when being asked to press "I/i". Then omit the httpd
start. When the machine is up update to the latest Perl update which
fixes the issue.
