Looks like something broken with your VirtualBox install, maybe? Try:
dnf install VirtualBox kmod-VirtualBox kernel
...which should pull in the latest version of the kernel, the module for
VirtualBox, and the VirtualBox application.
If you still have problems, reply with the output of:
rpm -qa \*VirtualBox\* kernel\*
