rpm --import /usr/share/doc/fedora-release-3.90/RPM-GPG-KEY public.gpg.key
1) In the above command rpm searched your local/current directory and
did not find the file "public.gpg.key".
2) RPM-GPG-KEY is the name of the gpg file for FC4-test1. Have you
installed FC4?
error: public.gpg.key: import read failed(-1).
how do I get the import to work, please?
Remove "public.gpg.key" from the above line.
thanks,
Thufir
If you are running FC3 use the following:
rpm --import
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/os/RPM-GPG...
FC2 users should replace the above "/core/3/" with "/core/2/".
