Only it's not, there's no initramfs and the system won't boot. My system's been like it for a while now, the only fix seems to be to run dracut manually inside of "sh -x" Running dracut in bash with no arguments works correctly, running with the two arguments: dracut initramfs-2.6.40.4-5.fc15.x86_64.img 2.6.40.4-5.fc15.x86_64 should make me a lovely initramfs, but instead prints out the instructions for using dracut. This command works correctly under sh -x So, my two questions. Firstly, not having an initramfs would strike me as a very fatal error, not a non-fatal error, why does this happen? Second, does anyone have any pointers as to how I can fix this, it's very frustrating!
