Heya all,
I'm burnt on certifying on WinDoze...so figure it's time to dabble in Linux.
So I've installed Fedora 3 on a Thinkpad A21M. It looks like everything
worked fine...so I just plugged in my LAN line and went..hmm...no access
when I launch Firefox. So, I went into Network Configuration and created a
new device using the eth0 that was listed under Hardware (3Com Corp 3c556B
CardBus [Tornada]). Unfortunately, when I hit Activate I get the error
Cannot activate network device eth0! (3c59x device eth0 does not seem to be
present, delaying initialization.)
Any help would be appreciated :)
You may need to try to run the /sbin/lspci if u are using the normal
user or just run lspci in root account and would show it is defected
by system or not.
