I had a problem when the xfce screensaver was automatically activating
whenever I brought X up, even though I wasn't running xfce. I changed
its settings, and that fixed things. Perhaps you are having the same
issue with another screensaver? What does
rpm -qa | grep screen
show?
Hi Stan,
I have both xfce and mate installed. The issue only happens when I am
in mate. I tend to stay out of mate because of it.
