Nope, I just don't have that file at all. `whatprovides` does tell me it's
provided by `wireshark`, so I'm going to `reinstall` and see if that fixes
it. Very odd bug, honestly.
Worked like a charm, I'll have to look at `dnf`'s transaction history and see
why this happened tomorrow.
