I'm on Fedora 32 and updated Nextcloud to 18.0.4 this afternoon. I
don't see any warnings about PHP 7.4 and it's working great.
Do you have something specific in web server error log?
Hi Łukasz,
Brave Browser:

See (also by me):
Nextcloud is not compatible with > PHP 7.3
https://help.nextcloud.com/t/nextcloud-is-not-compatible-with-php-7-3/793...
Other folks have reported getting away with it too.
And Nextcloud 19 beta 4 is out that does support PHP > 7.3
https://nextcloud.com/blog/18-0-4-17-0-6-and-16-0-10-are-here-plus-beta-5...
It is a blue button about 3/4 to way down the page.
