I have the experience that Okular is better for display and evince is
better for printing. I often had problems printing with Okular in the
past (printer throwing errors or not printing properly), much less with
evince. The last time I did a comparison of printing to a PS file
between both programs (a few years back), the result from evince was
smaller by a huge factor.
I don't print very often nowadays, but if I do, I always use evince.
