As root:
sendmail -bp
sendmail -v -q
The first lists the Q contents. The second sends it.
Also, create a test file:
[summer@dugong ~]$ cat >testmail
to: john(a)test.lan
subject: nosense
No sense in this:-))
[summer@dugong ~]$ /usr/sbin/sendmail-t <testmail -v
bash: /usr/sbin/sendmail-t: No such file or directory # Whoops
[summer@dugong ~]$ /usr/sbin/sendmail -t <testmail -v
john@test.lan... Connecting to [127.0.0.1] via relay...
