I've rebooted my server for the first time in ages and now my Google Cloud print server has stopped working.
If I start up the server in a terminal window I get the following (I also get this if I "systemctl status googleCloudPrint"
[gary@lou ~]$ /usr/bin/google-chrome --type=service --enable-cloud-print-proxy --no-service-autorun --log-level 2 --enable-logging=stderr --user-data-dir=/home/gary/.GoogleCloudPrint [1469:1469:0622/153143:ERROR:browser_main_loop.cc(231)] Gtk: cannot open display: [1462:1487:0622/153144:WARNING:print_system_cups.cc(456)] No print server specified. If I try to print to one of the printers, it gets added to the queue but then it just sits there.
I've no ideas how many changes have been made to the server since it was last rebooted, nor even when that was. I've done a yum update but as it's a Fedora 19 server there were no updates to apply.
Google searching doesn't seem to be helping so any suggestions would be appreciated.
Gary
I still don't know why this happened but I have managed to get everything working again.
The solution was to go into 'systemsettings' and delete every printer before then re-running thr GoogleCloudPrint import routine
/usr/share/cloudprint-cups/setupcloudprint.py
After doing this all printers were set up again within the system and all worked fine.
