You just missed a thread about this that I was lucky enough to catch.
I run a radeon9200 with FC2 (Now that I found if I disable the
graphics arpature on my board =/ ) anyway, they have instructions for
it here:
http://www.fedorafaq.org/#radeon
I havent tried it yet, I have dial up and its taking my computer
something like 4 1/2 hours to download, so I'm having a friend d/l the
kernel-sourcecode package this morning. If you like, I could tell you
if it works.

I tried to build the drivers with the latest kernel (2.6.7) RPM from
Fedora with no success. Did not have a chance to look into it as I'm working this

It may be a confugration issue on my end as the symbolic link to linux was gone in
/usr/src (thanks Fedora). On the other hand the error message I was getting indicated
files not being found that had nothing to do with that.
Thanks

Hallo everybody,
I have noticed that ATI produced new version of their driver. They
however still write in their FAQ that support for kernel 2.6 is "under
way". I am fed up waiting for them.
Does anyone know if there is a possibility to get that driver from ATI
to work with FC2?
Thanx a lot and best regards, vadim tarassov.
