Thank you for clarifications , I read #_the_py_provides_macro before
writing this email :)
And I would change wiki to this sentence ... , IMO is more clear .

I think it makes a little more sense to indicate from which version of
Fedora on (and EPEL if applicable) a specific feature is no longer needed.
Saying "all Fedoras" is a little vague and it erodes the in-doc history of
these changes.
