[Fedora-packaging] running testsuites of packages
Hiyas,
I noticed that there are sometines indications that reviewers expect to run
testsuites of packages (maybe in %check?) and not running them may be a
review blocker, for example:

Can you maybe add this to the Guidelines queue?

I will probably write something once I find the time and know what to write.
