17:00 UTC works for me as well.
Meetings have been running to 2 hours recently (because of all the
discussion needed for SCLs). Shall we plan on 16:00 to 18:00 UTC this
week and start at 17:00 next week?
In general, I'd agree, but this week is a
bit special. Friday this week
is a public holiday in Germany, which means I'll likely be AFK early due
to other commitments this Thursday.
That said, this week, it's very likely I'd have to quit early a meeting
starting at 15:00 or 16:00 UTC, and probably won't be able to attend at
all a meeting starting at 17:00 UTC (18:00 local time).
