Allegedly, on or about 14 June 2013, Frantisek Hanzlik sent:
- when I'm allready logged in before, then after entering bug
URL
I have non-selectable Component item, with clickable '(edit)' item.
Clicking on it I see (shadowed and non-selectable) my component item
- but voila - after waiting some time (~ 21-23 seconds for me), there
appears non-shadowed, selectable pull-down menu.
That tallies with the sort of thing I experienced, long ago, when I've
used bugzilla. There's a very long list of packages to go into the
list, and it takes my browser ages to turn it into something that I can
see.

George Orwell's '1984' was supposed to be a warning against tyranny, not
a set of instructions for supposedly democratic governments.
