It is compose e =, but I don't know of a canonical list that tells you
all combinations. I discovered by trying "reasonable" keys based on how
the character looks.
For example:
1. ë is compose e "
2. é is compose e '
3. č is compose c c
4. ç is compose c ,
and so on.
