Well, port 80 is used for an http server. And "Connessione rifiutata" =
"Connection
refused" and "Connection refused" indicates there is no program
listening on that port.
Are you running httpd?
systemctl status httpd

You said something about "cups". So, that would mean port 631, right?
So you should see something like this....
