For some reason you have debug kernels installed. Try "dnf remove
kernel-debug*" and see if that solves your problem.
Trying to think a step ahead,
how long will I have to wait before "dnf upgrade" (to see if the dnf
remove solves my problem) gives me something more than "nothing to do"?
