Hi Bill,
According to the Fedora Project schedule
(http://fedora.redhat.com/participate/schedule/), first release
considered stable will be released on Nov 3rd, 2003. Until then, all is
beta. :)
Yup, the latest rawhide update already has the new release number. So,
the official release is probably not very far..
