I hope not unless the job of the network script is seamlessly taken over
by something else. I'm not keen to update my machines just to find out
that my network as defined under /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts is
suddenly broken.
NM reads "/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-*" files but you have
to test whether you have some settings that NM doesn't grok.
