Problem when downloading x86_64 netinst iso image

Hello,

When I tried to download the iso image
"https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/25/Workstation/x86_64/iso/Fedora-Workstation-netinst-x86_64-25-1.3.iso",
I got an error message said "can't connect to
https://free.nchc.org.tw"

Is there any other URL to donwload x86_64 netinst iso image?
