You can burn to a BD-R disc and play it back in a set-top box or computer.
Obviously you have to burn it in the Blu-ray file format. The folder and
file structure is different from a DVD format.
The only BD authoring software I know if is Windows-based and commercial.
tsMuxeR will create the folder structure (BDMV and CERTIFICATE) with the
mt2s stream file but it still didn't like it...
