It's working it's way through but updates are manual for f22 & 23
until the
infrastructure upgrades are complete.
You can try enabling the testing repos but I don't have a good way to
check
to see if they're there yet.
The usual way is:
dnf --enablerepo=<repo-name> ...
but no luck so far.
