no, I don't think that is a problem of DNS, I am surfing fine.
To resume the situation:
a minimum network:
1) Desktop / printer Samsung ML-1610 / IP 192.168.1.3
2) Laptop with IP from Dhcp
Gnome & Fedora is fully updated
Public files sharing
Nautilus/Network then I should see public Files on other computer, but it
doesn't work, while using Sftp everything is o,k (on each computer I see
public file of himself)
Screen sharing:
I use Vinagre, go in Find & from Desktop I don't see anything in the list
(and of course the same on the laptop) : using IP I can share screens
It seems that names of computers are not broadcoasted on the network.

It appears you have a DNS resolution problem. Check your DNS server
configurations (/etc/resolv.conf, etc.).
