python-keyring is a python wrapper around several different package managers. It comes
with a command-line 'keyring' command. There's a version for both python2 and
python3 in Fedora, and in EPEL also.
(I assume you mean 'password managers', not 'package managers')
That doesn't appear in the standard repos.
