Actually, you're right. Just tried to update my laptop and got the
same timeouts for
rpmfusion.org, but ONLY for
rpmfusion.org:

out], disabling.
Everything else worked OK.
Guess we'll just have to wait. Is there a way to alert
rpmfusion...or is it not needed ?
